Convenience
One request from your organization gives you access to our expanding network of qualified interpreters.
Our online request form allows you to submit your request whenever it's most convenient for you. (Of course, we’re also accessible by phone, too.
We will work with your billing department to find the most effective billing process for your organization. Typically, we submit a detailed invoice for services rendered on a weekly basis.
Your organization pays us and we take care of making all the payments to each of the interpreters.
Quality Control
Many of our interpreters have demonstrated their commitment to providing quality interpreting services by taking and passing the RID or NAD Certification Exam. These interpreters are registered to work in the state of Pennsylvania.
All of our interpreters have several years of professional interpreting experience and have attended workshops and conferences as part of their ongoing professional development.
We can arrange for an on-site observation to ensure the quality and professionalism of any of our interpreters.
Knowledge
Our company is interpreter owned, which means that we have firsthand knowledge and experience that we can share with you. We are aware of interpreting standards and know what interpreters need to do their jobs well. We will work with you to implement strategies that allow our interpreters to be optimally effective so that you can be confident that the interpreters working for your institution are doing the best job possible.
Resource Management
We will keep you advised of any interpreter schedule changes. If one of our regular interpreters needs to take some time off, we will immediately begin to look for a substitute and will notify you of the arrangements we have made.
We know where our interpreters are during the day and during the week. We will work to maximize the use of interpreters who are already in the area and available for assignments.
